The second meeting of the QS Ranking Committee of Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) was held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al Mansur, Professor and Chairman of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), and Convenor of the QS Ranking Committee.

Other attendees included Dr. Muhammad Aminur Rahaman, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE); Mr. Zaved Mannan, Additional Director, IQAC-BUBT and Member-Secretary of the Committee; and Dr. Md. Shamsul Arefin, Associate Professor, Department of EEE (on invitation).

The committee discussed key strategies and action plans to strengthen BUBT’s position in international ranking platforms through enhanced data reporting and performance improvement initiatives.
