
DHAKA, BANGLADESH — The QS Ranking Committee of Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) successfully convened its 13th meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the Shahid Sujan Mahmud Building. The session focused on evaluating institutional progress and addressing operational challenges to accelerate the university’s global ranking initiatives.
Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al Mansur presided over the session in his role as the convenor of the Committee, guiding the members through the strategic agenda aimed at advancing the university’s ranking objectives.
The primary focus of the meeting was to conduct a comprehensive review of team-wise progress across all ongoing activities. Committee members engaged in an open discussion regarding the specific challenges, resource gaps, and support requirements faced by individual teams. Central committee, sub-committee, and invited members collaborated during the open floor session to address queries and streamline upcoming operations necessary for the successful completion of the ranking tasks.
Dr. Md. Harun-or-Rashid, the Registrar of BUBT, was present at the meeting and listened intently to the presentation of tasks and operational requirements. To ensure a seamless and efficient workflow, the Registrar declared full administrative support from his office, promising that they will promptly provide any necessary data or documents whenever requested by any team member.
