BUBT Engages Students and Alumni in Quality Assurance Workshop

In a continued effort to foster a culture of quality in higher education in BUBT, IQAC-BUBT hosted a workshop titled “The Role of Students and Alumni in Quality Assurance and Teaching-Learning Assessment Activities” on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

Held at Meeting Room No. 220, Martyred Sujon Mahmud Building (B-2), the workshop brought together faculty members, PSAC representatives, selected students, and alumni of the EEE department. The session was designed to emphasize the significant role students and alumni play in the continuous quality enhancement of academic programs.

Prof Santi Narayan Ghosh, Director IQAC-BUBT Welcomed everyone to the Workshop and Commenced the workshop.  

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Zaved Mannan, Additional Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), who led an interactive discussion focusing on student and alumni contributions to quality assurance processes, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluation frameworks.

This event marks another significant step by BUBT to involve all stakeholders in upholding and advancing the standards of education. The attendance of both current students and alumni reflects the strong community engagement and shared responsibility in academic quality enhancement.

The session concluded with a strong message of collaboration and continuous improvement, reinforcing BUBT’s mission to maintain excellence in higher education through inclusive and effective quality assurance practices.
