Dhaka, Bangladesh, 21 October 2024 – Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) has embarked on an extensive review of 45 newly drafted policies, aimed at improving both academic and administrative functions. On October 21, a meeting held at the Shahid Sujon Mahmud Building brought together 16 key academic and administrative leaders to outline a standardized review process.

The meeting was chaired by Professor Santi Narayan Ghosh, Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The distinguished panel included Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. A. B. Shawkat Ali, Advisor Prof. Md. Abu Saleh, Treasurer Prof. Dr. Ali Ahmed, Registrar Dr. Harun-Or-Rashid, Deans of various faculties, and Additional Director of IQAC-BUBT Mr. Zaved Mannan. The policies under review span academic, administrative, and governance areas, demonstrating BUBT’s dedication to fostering excellence and ensuring transparency.

The review process will continue over the coming weeks, with the final policies slated for implementation following a comprehensive evaluation.
